1. Of the instant lawsuit, the part concerning claims, such as management expenses, electricity charges, and water charges, from March 1, 2017, shall be dismissed.

2. The defendant.

1. Indication of claims: It shall be as shown in attached Form; and

2. Judgment without holding any pleadings (Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 of the Civil Procedure Act);

3. The part of dismissal ex officio is examined as to the legitimacy of the claim, such as management expenses, electricity and water supply fees, etc. from March 1, 2017 among the lawsuit in this case.

The purpose of the claim in civil procedure is to specify the subject matter of lawsuit and the scope of the court's trial in order to specify the contents and scope of the claim so that it can be clearly identified. If the claim is the amount, the amount must be specified. If the claim is not clearly specified, the lawsuit must be dismissed as illegal. Among the lawsuit in this case, the part of the claim, such as management expenses, electricity fees, and water fees, from March 1, 2017, cannot be deemed to have been specified because the plaintiffs' claim is not specified, and thus, it shall be dismissed.
