The summary of the facts charged is that the Defendant is the owner of a A truck, and around 02:00 on December 8, 2004, the Defendant violated the restriction on operation by loading the cargo at the level of 12.3 tons, 11.6 tons, 5 tons, 46.3 tons of gross weight, 3.4 meters of load load, and 12.5 meters in loadage, in excess of 10 tons, gross weight 40 tons, gross weight 2.5 meters in loadage, and operating the said vehicle.
