1. All appeals filed by the Defendant (Counterclaim Plaintiff) and incidental appeals filed by the Plaintiff (Counterclaim Defendant) are dismissed.

2. Costs of appeal.

1. The reasoning of the court’s explanation concerning this case is the same as that of the judgment of the court of first instance, and thus, this is acceptable in accordance with the main sentence of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act.

2. As such, the plaintiff's claim of the principal lawsuit is accepted within the scope of the above recognition, and the remainder of the principal lawsuit is dismissed as it is without merit, and the defendant's counterclaim is dismissed as it is without merit. The judgment of the court of first instance is just in its conclusion, and the defendant's appeal and the incidental appeal of the plaintiff are all dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition.
