Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

When a person liable for military service moves his place of residence, he shall make a move-in report within 14 days.

Nevertheless, even though the defendant moved from his/her place of residence in Daegu North-gu B or 201 on December 17, 2015 to his/her place of residence, he/she did not report the transfer or entry to the head of his/her place of residence within 14 days without justifiable grounds.
