Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A

A. The Defendant in violation of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents is a person who is engaged in driving a CCrdler vehicle.

On October 28, 2015, the Defendant driven the above car at around 22:30 on October 28, 2015, and led three-lanes of the private distance distance in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, to the Seoul Customs Protection Area.
