The punishment of the accused shall be determined by two years of imprisonment.

Punishment of the crime

On August 13, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to one year to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of road traffic laws at the Jeonju District Court on August 13, 201, and on August 2, 2016 at the same court on August 2, 2016, and completed the execution of the sentence in the Jeonju Prison on May 2, 2017.

1. The Defendant, on September 11, 2017, driven a Cco-car on September 201, 2017, without obtaining a driver’s license, at approximately 100km from the boundary of the red source near the port located in the Seocheon-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Seocheon-gun, to the roads in front of the transmission distance of the front 10km-gun, the Defendant driven a car at Cco-do under the influence of alcohol content of at least 0.171% while under the influence of alcohol (at least 483, Oct. 21, 2017) without obtaining a driver’s license from 0.3 meters from the front 20km-gun to the front 3rd west-gun, the Defendant committed an offense on Oct. 21, 2017, without obtaining a driver’s license from 10.3 meters from the front 25m alcohol level to 10.3m alcohol level from the 2nd 3rd Do.

A. On November 20, 2017, the Defendant, in violation of the Road Traffic Act, driven a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol by the Defendant, while drinking alcohol on the road in front of the E shop located in the North Don-gun of North Korea on the road without the driver’s license of the motor vehicle, Ccoke also was parked in the F where the vehicle was parked at the Don-do while driving on the Don-do Don-do. On the same day, at around 15:51 on the same day, the Defendant was driving a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol by the Defendant, such as the blood color of the Defendant, the light walk of the G box of the Ynju Police Station at the site after receiving the said accident report at around 15:51 on the same day, while driving the motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol.

Even though there are reasonable grounds to determine a person who has been requested to respond to the measurement of drinking on a several occasions on the same day by inserting the whole of a drinking measuring instrument, he/she did not refuse it and did not comply with a police officer's request for measurement of drinking without justifiable grounds.
