Defendant shall be punished by a fine of five million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

Around 13:45 on April 21, 2018, the Defendant used one-person demonstration on the south side of Jongno-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, Jongno-gu, to take a photograph of the Defendant using a mobile phone. On the ground that C ( South, 75 years of age) tried to take a photograph of the Defendant using a mobile phone, the Defendant used two parts of metal poppy (1m in length, 5m in width) that are the last part of the banner, which is a dangerous object carried as a demonstration product, and used the victim’s head right-hand part.
