A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

At around 14:56 on July 27, 2019, the Defendant parked “on the front side of Eunpyeong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government,” which was reported by 112, the fronter (the Defendant) was unable to affix a photograph and take it over.” At the site, the Defendant continued to go home from D and E, a police officer belonging to the Seoul Bupyeong Police Station C District, to go home, and continued to move the cell phone used to the road edge by the above police officers for the purpose of preventing danger in the situation of interfering with the passage of other vehicles while leaving the road on the road.
