On May 10:48, 2015, the Defendant driven C Daelim CA110 Obaba in the roads of approximately 1 kilometer from Gangnam-gu, Seoul to about 380 in the same Samyang-ro 380, in the state that the Defendant was living in around 1 kilometer of alcohol content (0.234%) in around 10:48.
