Criminal facts

1. On July 13, 2019, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (refusing to take a drinking level) at the C convenience point located in Gwangjuyang-si B on July 13, 2019, the Defendant received a report of telephone emergency warning to the effect that he/she carries out a threatening speech and behavior to D at all times, and sought a statement from the above D that he/she had been working at the E zone of the Mineyang Police Station E zone in the state of drunk and had been working at the above convenience point, and requested the Defendant to comply with a drinking test by inserting a drinking measuring instrument under the influence of alcohol because there are reasonable grounds to recognize that the Defendant was driving while under the influence of alcohol. However, the Defendant attempted to leave the site without complying therewith, and continued to have been arrested by the above F, who was arrested in a flagrant offender by continuing to take the place under the said E zone, and subsequently failed to comply with the demand for a drinking test by a police officer without any justifiable reason, and failed to comply with the demand for a drinking test.

2. On July 13, 2019, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (free license) driving of a G AD car without obtaining a driver’s license at a section of about 200 meters from the Defendant’s residence located at H at Mayang-si to the residence of the said Defendant, after going through convenience points specified in paragraph (1). On the same day, the Defendant continued to drive a G AD car without obtaining a driver’s license at a section of about 100 meters from the Defendant’s residence to the convenience points specified in paragraphs (1).

[2020 Highest 1135] On April 30, 2020, the Defendant driven a J rocketing car with the blood alcohol concentration of 0.068% while under the influence of alcohol without obtaining a driver's license in front of the I on the road at the I.S. on April 30, 202.
