【Criminal Facts】
1. On April 23, 2012, Defendant A and B conspired to acquire insurance proceeds by intentionally causing a traffic accident in order to prepare repair expenses for removing and repairing defects on the side of the driver’s seat of the Defendant B-owned motor vehicle at the Sindong-gu, Daegu-gu, Nowon-gu, Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, for the purpose of raising the repair expenses for removing defects in the vehicle for which the driver’s seat of the Defendant B owned.
At around 14:00 on the same day, the Defendants parked in the B B B’s alley near the U Security Office in the Daegu Northern-gu, and the Defendant A, who is his representative, intentionally contacted the U-owned Kaland driver part of the said aing agreement vehicle and received the accident as if the traffic accident occurred to the victim ELI Co., Ltd.
On April 30, 2012, the Defendants conspired to induce the victim as above, and acquired 7,000,000 won from the victim to the Agricultural Cooperative account in the name of Defendant B as the cost of repairing the goods in lieu of the goods.
2. At around 14:00 on February 26, 2013, Defendant A and C conspired to receive insurance proceeds by intentionally causing a traffic accident in order to prepare the repair cost and maintenance cost of a vehicle for the Y in the X office located in the Daegu North-gu Incheon Northern District.
The Defendants, at around 21:40 on the same day, parked a car in the public parking lot in Dalcheon-gu, Daegu Northern-dong, Daegu-gu, and the Defendant A parked the car by the said re-established language, and the Defendant C intentionally contacted with the backer of the car with the ZAK5 car, and then intentionally contacted the front side of the car with the backer, and the traffic accident occurred immediately to the victim Samsung Fire & Marine Insurance Co., Ltd. on the same day at around 21:47.
