The defendant shall be innocent.

1. The summary of the facts charged is that the defendant is working as the representative director of C in Seongdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government for export and import business in B, etc., and from around 191, from around the maturity of the credit guarantee fund agreement for the credit guarantee fund for KRW 300 million borrowed from a financial institution under the credit guarantee of the Korea Credit Guarantee Fund, the credit guarantee fund agreement for the loan of KRW 300 million on May 19, 201 of the above C has arrived at the maturity of May 19, 2010, but the joint and several guarantee agreement is no longer available from the Korea Credit Guarantee Fund, so the employee E of the Korea Credit Guarantee Fund in charge of the defendant's business of the credit guarantee agreement will submit the joint and several guarantee agreement for the above loan to the employees E of the Korea Credit Guarantee Fund, with the extension of the credit guarantee agreement for the above loan, and the defendant himself is willing to freely prepare and submit it

On December 2, 2010, the Defendant forged private documents, at the C Office located in the fourth floor of Seongdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government building, and without authority, entered “D” in the column of the guaranteed debt in the documents of the credit guarantee agreement (general transaction) as joint and several sureties, “ from May 19, 2010 to May 18, 2015”; “D” in the column of the guaranteed debt; “D” in the column of the joint and several sureties; “F hears the explanation of the agreement” and “D” in the resident registration number column; and signed “D” in the column of the guaranteed debt.

Accordingly, the defendant has forged the related part of the credit guarantee agreement in the name of D, which is a private document on the rights and obligations.

B. On December 2010, the Defendant at the office of the Gangnam-gu 708 Eastern Building 12th floor Credit Guarantee Fund office in Gangnam-gu, Seoul, and an employee who is unaware of the forgery is authenticly completing the relevant part as joint and several surety of the forged Credit Guarantee Agreement.
