1. The Defendant: (a) among the 1,707 square meters of land before Busan Metropolitan City, the Plaintiff:

(a)each point of Appendix 1 No. 1, 20, 21, 24, 19, and 1.

Basic Facts

On October 10, 1995, the registration of transfer of ownership in the Plaintiff’s name was completed on October 10, 1995 with respect to the land size of 413 square meters in Mari-si, Busan Metropolitan City, where the Plaintiff’s land was owned D (hereinafter all the lot numbers of land).

Since F land was divided into 2,097 square meters before F. F. F. The land was divided into 390 square meters before F. F. F. 28 July 2016 and 1,707 square meters before C. (hereinafter “instant land”).

On June 19, 2004, G ownership, which was owned by the Defendant’s building, etc. adjacent to the instant land, was 140 square meters (hereinafter “instant adjacent land”). With respect to the instant adjacent land on January 11, 1992, the registration of ownership transfer in the name of the Defendant’s head on December 30, 1991 was completed on April 16, 1998 on the grounds that the registration of ownership transfer in the name of J, the Defendant’s wife, was made on the grounds of sale on December 30, 1991.

On October 7, 1997, the registration of transfer of ownership in the Defendant’s name was completed on September 12, 1997, with respect to the K 46 square meters and L 32 square meters, which appears to have been divided from the neighboring land of this case.

(2) On October 8, 2012, the registration of preservation of ownership in the name of the defendant was completed on October 8, 2012 with respect to the buildings indicated in the separate sheet on each of the adjoining lands of this case (hereinafter “the buildings of this case”). The buildings of this case commenced on February 2, 2002 and obtained approval for use on June 10, 204.

On the other hand, the defendant owned toilets, septic tanks, concrete packaging, warehouses, and traw trees (hereinafter collectively referred to as the "land of this case") attached to each of the land of this case from among the land of this case, as shown in the table in the annexed drawing Nos. 1, 10, 15, 16, 17, 18, 18, 6, 7, 8, 9, and 10 of the annexed drawing Nos. 2 among the land of this case.
