Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

피고인은 관할관청에 신고하지 아니하고, 2013. 4. 중순경부터 2013. 7. 15.경까지 광주 북구 B에서 ‘C’이라는 상호로 약 33㎡ 규모의 공간에 손님방 1개, 탁자 5개, 냉장고 2대, 가스렌지 1대, 조리대 1개, 씽크대 등의 시설을 갖추고 손님들에게 닭백숙, 닭볶음 등을 조리ㆍ판매하여 일반음식점 영업을 하였다.
