The defendant's appeal is dismissed.

1. Summary of the grounds for appeal: Sentencing (a fine of ten million won is imposed in the original instance);

2. In light of the following, the court below’s sentencing is acceptable in full view of the fact that the defendant had a criminal record in the same kind of crime and other conditions of sentencing under Article 51 of the Criminal Act, and there is no unreasonable ground for the defendant’s assertion.

3. In conclusion, the defendant's appeal is dismissed in accordance with Article 364 (4) of the Criminal Procedure Act since it is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
