Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

Any person who takes over a registered motor vehicle shall file an application for registration of transfer of ownership of the motor vehicle with the Mayor/Do Governor.

Nevertheless, the Defendant did not apply for the registration of transfer until October 9, 2016, even though the Defendant acquired CKaren vehicle registered in the name of the Defendant’s father on September 15, 2013 by transfer.
