1. The instant lawsuit shall be dismissed.
2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by each person;
Reasons
1. If an agreement has been reached between the parties to withdraw the lawsuit, the lawsuit shall be dismissed as there is no legal interest to continue the lawsuit, unless there exists any special circumstance; and
2. According to the evidence Nos. 1-1 and 2-2, the Plaintiff agreed with the Defendants to withdraw the instant lawsuit on October 30, 2014 on the condition that the Defendants receive KRW 150 million from the Defendants, and accordingly, the Defendants on that date paid KRW 150 million to the Plaintiff’s account.
3. Therefore, the instant lawsuit shall be dismissed, and the costs of the lawsuit shall be borne by each party.
