Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

At around 10:50 on June 3, 2012, the Defendant assaulted the victim’s face and breast at the entrance of Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, on the ground that the Defendant, who is an apartment security guard, would cause inconvenience to the passage of the occupants and move to another place by the victim C ( South and the age of 28) who is an apartment security guard, would be bad.
