1. The reasoning of the court's explanation of this case is the same as that of the part concerning the reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance, and thus, it can be cited by the main sentence of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act.

In conclusion, the plaintiff's claim of the principal lawsuit shall be accepted on the grounds of its reasoning, and the defendant's counterclaim shall be dismissed on the grounds of its reasoning. Since the judgment of the court of first instance is just in conclusion, all appeals against the defendant's principal lawsuit and counterclaim are dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition.
