1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 22,160,000 and the interest rate of KRW 20% per annum from May 16, 2015 to the day of complete payment.

According to the statements in Gap evidence Nos. 1 through 3 (including the number of branch numbers), it is recognized that the plaintiff prepared and delivered a document stating that "the plaintiff performed earth and sand work at the request of the defendant from September 2, 2012 to January 7, 2013. The defendant shall confirm that the above earth and sand work cost is KRW 22,160,000, and promise the plaintiff to pay it as soon as possible until the end of December 2013."

According to the above facts, the defendant is obligated to pay the plaintiff the above soil work expenses of KRW 22,160,000 and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 20% per annum from May 16, 2015 to the day of full payment, which is the day following the delivery of the payment order of this case, to the day of full payment.

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim of this case is justified, and it is decided as per Disposition by admitting it.
