A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On October 31, 2012, the Defendant sentenced the Gwangju District Court to two years of imprisonment for fraud, etc., and completed the execution of the sentence in the Gwangju Prison on June 23, 2014.

1.
