A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a business owner who actually operates “E” in the name of the visually impaired person D.

From March 20, 2014 to December 22:2:20, 2014, the Defendant: (a) installed a smuggling room in Ulsandong-gu, Ulsan Metropolitan City; (b) installed a contact room in which L, H as an employee, and I et al. are placed; and (c) operated a business by employing many unspecified customers as a woman engaged in sexual traffic; (d) directed them to receive 170,000 won from 170,000 to mar; and (e) let D, the visually impaired, have them know the body of customers; and (e) operated a business by having them enter a secret room and sexual intercourse; and (e) obtained profits equivalent to KRW 120,80,000 from I et al. to her customers.

Accordingly, the defendant committed commercial sex acts such as arranging commercial sex acts.
