All of the prosecutions of this case are dismissed.

1. The prosecutor of the facts charged of the instant case: (a) around 01:10 on November 12, 2017, the Defendant: (b) expressed a huming view, such as “C” located in the Busan Jin-gu B, Busan, about 01:10, on the part of the victim D (25:3) who is an employee, of the victim of the instant case (hereinafter “C” in the Busan Jin-gu, Busan, about November 12, 2017; and (c) took a humb by hand, humping the face of the victim E (27 years of age) who is another employee.

Appellants, Defendant was prosecuted.

2. The above crimes cannot be prosecuted against the clearly expressed will of the victims. According to the self-agreement on April 14, 2018, the victims expressed their wish to punish the defendant at the latest. Thus, the victims have withdrawn their wish at the latest. Thus, the prosecution of this case is dismissed in accordance with Article 327 subparagraph 6 of the Criminal Procedure Act. It is so decided as per Disposition.
