Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On August 19, 2013, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol with 0.096% of blood alcohol concentration on August 22, 2013, was driving Bcoon at approximately 3 km from the road in the Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, Guro-gu to the road in front of 52-13, Yangcheon-gu, Seoul.
