1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff the amount of KRW 102,467,016 and KRW 55,335,215 from February 26, 2014 to the date of full payment.
Reasons
1. It is identical to the indication of the claim as indicated in the attached Form “the cause of claim” (However, “creditor” is “Plaintiff” and “debtor” is “Defendant”; on January 23, 2015, the Plaintiff corrected the cause of the claim by correcting the corresponding part of the claim to be transferred in sequence to Hyundai Capital Co., Ltd. and Hyundai Capital Capital Capital Co., Ltd. to the Plaintiff on January 23, 2015, the claim of Hyundai Capital Capital Co., Ltd. in Paragraph 3, which caused the claim on January 6, 2015.
2. Judgment by publication of the basis (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act);
