1. The Defendant’s KRW 20,000,000 as well as 5% per annum from September 20, 2019 to October 15, 2020 to the Plaintiff.

Reasons

1. On August 5, 2019, the Plaintiff leased from the Defendant for the period of August 19, 202, a deposit of KRW 200,00,000,00, monthly rent of rent, KRW 7,50,000, and the period of August 19, 2021, the second basement E of “D”, a building for the ground of Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, for KRW 104.67 square meters, and KRW 47.06 square meters.

(hereinafter “Lease of this case.” According to the instant lease agreement, a lessor may repay an intermediate payment to a lessor before the lessee pays an intermediate payment to the lessor, and the lessee may waive the down payment and rescind this contract.
