Defendant shall be punished by a fine of eight million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a vehicle BK3 in violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Bodily Injury resulting from dangerous driving).

On April 29, 2017, around 00:26, the Defendant continued the front road of 368 new training station distance from the front side of the line, along the two-lanes from the upper side of the road to the cause of the second parallel, at about 60km in speed, and changed to one lane.

A person engaged in driving motor vehicles has a duty of care to accurately operate steering and operating the steering gear and to prevent accidents by safely driving the steering right and the right and the right.

Nevertheless, under the influence of alcohol content 0.123% in blood, the Defendant was negligent in driving the said K3 vehicle under the circumstances where it is difficult to drive the vehicle normally, such as redlights, while under the influence of alcohol 0.123% in the blood, and the Defendant was able to drive the said K3 vehicle on the front side. The Defendant was able to drive the said 3 vehicle on the front side of the instant 3 vehicle for the passenger vehicle by the victim C (62 tax) who was driven on the two lanes in the front side.

As a result, the Defendant driven the said K3 vehicle in a state where it is difficult to drive the vehicle normally due to the influence of drinking, and suffered injury such as salt, tension, etc. by driving the said K3 vehicle for about two weeks.

On April 29, 2017, the Defendant driven B K3 cars while under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.123% at a distance of about 2km from the 368m radius to the front road of the new training calendar distance from the south-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Yeonsu-gu, Incheon Metropolitan City Gyeongwon, as the police officer of Yeonsu-gu, Incheon.
