Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant was married on December 22, 2002 with the victim C (nives, 40 years of age) and on December 22, 2002, and currently pending a divorce lawsuit.

1. Violence;

A. On August 29, 2015, the Defendant committed assault against the victim, who was rapidly going in the victim’s residence located in the Sinsan-si, on the following occasions: “I do not manage the house. I do not do so. I do not do so.” The Defendant used the victim’s house with five-class kitchens in the kitchen.”

B. On August 30, 2015, the Defendant, on the ground that the victim was assaulted and reported to the police at the location described in the paragraph (a) on August 30, 2015, and the victim took a book and bridge on the floor, and the victim abused the victim’s left side side side part and left part of the victim’s photograph in order to inform the parents of this fact.

2. Injury;

A. On September 20, 2015, the Defendant demanded the victim to have a marital relationship at the inside of the port as stated in 1-A around the new wall around Sep. 20, 2015, but, on the ground that the victim was in difficulty and refused, the Defendant sustained injury, such as the fluoral coordinate and tension in need of treatment for about three weeks by leaving the victim’s left side side by walking up two times, the brush of the victim’s face, the brush was collected once in the victim’s face, and the victim continued to move back to the living room.

B. On November 13, 2015, at night around November 13, 2015, the Defendant: (a) sought night fishing from the victim at a place specified in paragraph (a) of 1; (b) however, the victim refused to do so on the ground of his/her body life; (c) opened a mobile phone and opened a game with a big framework; and (d) the victim’s defect, “I am mar, spah, and mar within the house,” and the victim’s defect, “I am mar, I am, I am, and I am am har with the victim.”
