1. Basic facts

A. D entered into an insurance contract with the Defendant on May 25, 2009 with the following content (hereinafter “instant contract”).

B. The main contents of the terms of the instant insurance contract are as follows.

[State Contract Terms and Conditions] Article 17 of the Act provides that a company shall pay the beneficiary a death benefit (see attached Table 1, e.g., Standard Table for Payment of Insurance Money) if the insured is dead or has become disabled with at least 80% of the disability payment rate in addition to the disability payment rate for various physical parts due to the same cause other than the same disaster or accident in the disability classification table.

Article 19 (Insurance Accidents for which No Insurance Money is Paid) ① The Company may terminate this contract with the absence of insurance money or exemption from the payment of insurance premium when any of the following events occurs:

1. Where the insured has intentionally impaired himself/herself, but it is proved that he/she has impaired himself/herself in a state of being unable to make free decision due to mental illness, etc. and where he/she has become a disability of not less than 80% by adding up the rate of disability payment for various physical parts in the same disaster in the table of disability classification (refer to attached Table 3), from two years after the commencement date of guarantee of contract (the date of restoration (in cases of an incidental contract) and after the commencement date of guarantee of contract;
