Punishment of the crime

On October 26, 2019, at around 15:37, the Defendant driven a freight vehicle of about 1 Km section from the front of the answer to the Balle of Changwon-si, Kim Jong-si, to the front road located in the window C of Changwon-si, with a blood alcohol concentration of about 0.158%.
