Punishment of the crime

No person shall conduct business harmful to juveniles in school environmental sanitation and cleanup zones announced by the Minister of Gender Equality and Family.

Nevertheless, from May 19, 2014 to September 19, 2014, the Defendant operated a business establishment harmful to juveniles, which is likely to engage in sexual conduct or similar acts by having five rooms in the form of smuggling and shower rooms, etc. at a marina business establishment in the name of "E" located around approximately 87 meters away from the boundary line of "C Elementary School" in Seoul Special Metropolitan City D, Gwanak-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City.
