1. The Defendant: (a) KRW 46,653,845; (b) KRW 45,453,845; and (c) KRW 3,00,000; and (c) each of the above costs to Plaintiff A and D.

In light of the background of the underlying facts, around August 1, 2014, the Defendant: (a) provided visitors with camping assistance facilities, such as toilets, showers, and drinking fountains, on the surface of the land of the Yacheon-gun, Youngcheon-gun; (b) around 2004, and (c) began to operate amusement parks in the same way as from July to October each year (hereinafter referred to as “instant amusement park”); (c) Plaintiff C, D, and Sim E (hereinafter referred to as “Plaintiff’s family members”), who are Plaintiff A and his wife B, and their children, were to set tts from the instant resort forest from August 1, 2014 to the instant amusement park.
