1. The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months;

2.Provided, That the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive;

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is almost a holder of the unregistered 124cc New ice Engines.

1. On August 2016, the Defendant found the number plate of a two-wheeled motor vehicle under the name of the head of Suwon-gu, where the victim C lost in the vicinity of an apartment due to the 120-gil, 319-gil, Nam-gu, Busan, and the head of Si/Gun/Gu.

Defendant 1 did not take necessary procedures such as returning the above acquired property to the victim and embezzled the property as he had on his own mind.

2. On April 2017, the Defendant illegally used air ice ice ice ices, which he acquired as set forth in paragraph 1, at the apartment parking lot by burning the white paper in Chapter 1, around April 2017, attached the two-wheel ice number plate to the above 124cc new car ice ices.

Accordingly, the defendant used the official symbol unlawfully for the purpose of exercising it.

3. The Defendant, at around 14:50 on May 27, 2017, posted a two-wheeled automobile number plate, a two-wheeled air unit, as indicated in paragraph 2, and operated the bicycle at the intersection in front of the F convenience store located in Suwon-gu, Busan.

Accordingly, the defendant exercised the illegally used air defense.

4. On May 27, 2017, the Defendant violated the Guarantee of Automobile Compensation Act: (a) around 14:50, the Defendant operated the instant ice motor bicycle at the intersection of F convenience stores located in Suwon-gu, Busan, without mandatory insurance.
