1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 17,50,000 and the interest rate of KRW 20% per annum from February 11, 2015 to the day of complete payment.

Comprehensively taking account of the purport of the argument in Gap evidence No. 1, the defendant is obligated to pay the plaintiff KRW 23,50,000,00 on September 12, 2013 to May 20, 2014 in six installments from November 20, 2013 to May 20, 2014, and the defendant's repayment of KRW 6 million can be recognized. As such, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff the amount of KRW 17,50,000 and delay damages calculated at the rate of 20% per annum as prescribed by the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from February 11, 2015 to the date of full payment, which is the day following the delivery of a copy of the complaint in this case sought by the plaintiff.

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim is justified, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
