Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On January 11, 2016, the Defendant received 50,000 won from a police officer who visited the Defendant to regulate a sexual traffic business establishment in front of the boarding house operated by the Defendant, and provided the said police officer with 102 guidance, and arranged sexual traffic by having the said police officer enter D, which is a sexual traffic woman, to arrange sexual traffic.
