A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

On March 24, 2006, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for larceny at the Busan District Court, and on November 4, 2009, the Seoul Southern District Court sentenced one year and eight months to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Larceny) at the Seoul Southern District Court on November 4, 2009, and completed the execution of the sentence on April 30, 201.

The Defendant, from around 18:00 to around 18:20 on March 21, 2014, 2014, at the parking lot of the Independence Hall of Korea-ro 95, Dongcheon-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Dongcheon-gu, Dongcheon-gu, Seoul. The Defendant stolen the victim’s vehicle that was parked in the Independence Hall of Korea in the same manner six times from around 18:0 to September 24, 2014, using drones, using the victim C, one handbag, which is equivalent to 70,000 won at the market price of the victim’s card, including three card: (a) gate, pocket, book, cash 110,00 won; and (b) Handbag, one handbag, which is located in the Independence Hall of Korea-gu, Seoul; and (c) dracks the victim’s vehicle that was parked in the same manner as the list of crimes.

Accordingly, the defendant habitually stolen the goods owned by the victims who were in parking glass.

"2015 Go-Ma337" habitually, around 22:00 on November 7, 2013, the Defendant: (a) accessed the victim E-car parking lot in the Singu Dong-dong Park Park Park Singu, Sinung-si; (b) opened a door by inserting the string in the back glass gap of the driver’s seat; and (c) opened a door in a way that damages the string glass window; and (d) cut the 800,000 won of the market price of the victim’s possession, with a door "Madoz" room equivalent to 50,000,000 won of the market price consisting of 80,000 won, cash 2-30,000 won, 4 passbooks, three credit cards, cosmetics, etc.
