1. From November 3, 2017 to May 18, 2018, Defendant C’s KRW 500,000,000 to the Plaintiff and the following:
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The plaintiff and the defendant B are the Dong of D High School, which have been known for a long time, and the defendant C is the children of the defendant B.
B. Around July 2014, the Plaintiff entered into an investment contract with Defendant C and the Plaintiff to invest KRW 500,000,000 in Alleyman Group and to receive KRW 1,200,000 per month (10,000,000) from Alley Manman Group (50,000,000 as the Plaintiff invested KRW 50,000,000 each month according to the above agreement), which was introduced as an employee of the E branch of Alley Manman Group as the main agent of Defendant B, and the Plaintiff transferred KRW 6,00,000 each month to the Defendant’s account.
C. However, Defendant C was not an employee of the Alleyman Group. From October 2016, Defendant C suspended the payment of interest on the Plaintiff, and thereafter, contact was interrupted, and the Plaintiff failed to refund the investment money until the date of closing argument.

In full view of the statement in Gap evidence Nos. 1-1 to 7 of the judgment as to the claim against the defendant Eul, and the witness F's testimony, the defendant Eul et al. joined the Y group after having been studying in the U.S., and was paid a large amount of annual salary after having been studying in the U.S. and became a member of the Y group, and the defendant Eul et al. was employed as the head of the D High School Dongmunmun, around 201, while investing KRW 100,000 in the 18% of the franchis fund through the defendant Eul, the 100,000,000 annually, and invested KRW 18,00,000 in the franchis fund, and the fact that the above franchis were actually paid to the above franchis group, and the fact that the above franchis were a large number of interest thereafter.
