Reasons
Punishment of the crime
"2016 Highest 5292"
1. On September 26, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of KRW 3,50,000 for the same crime by the same court.
As above, Defendant 1 violated Article 44(1) of the Road Traffic Act not less than twice, and is under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.094% from the portion of 1.5km to the third distance from the roads of the village apartment in the Dong-gu, Busan Metropolitan City, Sig-si, Sig-si, the same as the above paragraph (1) to the roads of the village in the same city-dong.
