2. A thief: (a) around 07:30 on November 29, 2019, the Defendant: (b) loaded 12,000 won or more at the victim I’s market price, which was accumulated in front of the “Hmat” located in Chuncheon City, G; and (c) stolen 2,000 won or more at the victim I’s market price.

3. Around 07:00 on November 29, 2019, the Defendant driven a fwing-in vehicle specified in paragraph (2) without a vehicle driver’s license within a section of about 10km from J to J of Chuncheon City, through the adjacent manpower office located in Chuncheon-si from J to J of Chuncheon-si.
