In determining whether there exists substantial similarity between the dynamics of this case and the Plaintiff’s respective teaching materials of this case, the contents of the dynamics of this case should be compared only to those of the creative expression form when determining whether there is substantial similarity between the Plaintiff’s assertion. Thus, in this case, the contents and determination of the dynamics of this case should be limited to only the remainder except for the portion without originality among the contents of each of the dynamics of this case. Most of the dynamics of this case cited or inserted in the dynamics of this case do not correspond to the creative expression form among the contents of each of the dynamics of this case, and most of the contents and components of the dynamics of this case are limited.
