A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date of the final judgment.

Punishment of the crime

On January 14, 2019, at around 22:00, the Defendant received text messages with the desire from the victim D (the age of 56) who was the deniedr (the age of 56) in the building B of Gangseo-si, and the dwelling area of the Defendant: (a) sent a knife a knife (the total length of 31.5cm and the knife length of 19.5cm) which is a dangerous object in the kitchen knife; (b) put the knife a knife on the table; (c) taken the knife on the table; and (d) threatened the victim by viewing the victim who was seated on the table and threatening."

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous objects and threatened the victim.
