Punishment of the crime

On June 13, 2013, at around 17:00, the Defendant sustained an injury, such as a freshing, etc., on the ground that: (a) the victim D (the age of 70) who was running a restaurant around the seed park located in Jongno-gu Seoul, Jongno-gu, Seoul, would have caused the victim’s face at around 4 weeks of treatment on the ground that: (b) the victim D (the age of 70) was rashed by “nicking young young children who would not be aged” to the Defendant.
