A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

Punishment of the crime

1. Fraud to victims E;

A. On October 25, 2013, the Defendant: (a) at the front of the removal site of G gas stations located in Ulsan-dong, Ulsan-gu, Seoul-gu, the Defendant: (a) “The Defendant shall issue the victim the Defendant with the cost of leasing equipment for waste disposal to H, a waste business entity, at the time of singing removal; and (b) there is no money inside the country.

When lending KRW 5 million, a false statement was made to the effect that it would be repaid at the time of settlement with pners in connection with the singing removal work.

However, even if the Defendant borrowed 5 million won from the injured party, the Defendant only thought to use it to repay personal debts such as the repayment of unpaid wages, and did not have any intention to reduce H with the leased cost of waste disposal, and did not have any intention or ability to pay the money in settlement with the injured party in relation to the singinginginginging construction work.

The Defendant, as such, by deceiving the victim, received KRW 5 million from the victim to the Agricultural Cooperative Account (J) in the name of the Defendant’s wife, under the pretext of borrowing money.

B. On November 13, 2013, the Defendant posted a telephone to the victim from a day in Ulsan-si, Ulsan-si, and supplied “on-site removal construction, and the amount of money is urgent.”

A false statement was made to the effect that the loan of KRW 2 million is to be repaid within three days.

However, even if the defendant borrowed money from the injured party, the defendant did not have the intention or ability to repay the borrowed money within three days.

The Defendant, as such, by deceiving the victim, received 1.5 million won from the damaged party to the account under the said I’s name on the same day, and received 500,000 won from the same account around the 14th day of the same month as the borrowed money.

On December 4, 2013, the Defendant: (a) at the site of new construction of the apartment building in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu; and (b) at the site of removal, the Defendant “an urgent money is needed” to the victim who works to remove the apartment building as a poke.

There is no money due to the security of the gold at another site, and only 4 million won shall be lent within one week.
