A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is the president of the “C” that manufactures tobacco in Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, and the victim D (inn, name, and age 24) is an employee of the said company around June 2014 and retired from office around September 15, 2015.

At the end of September 11, 2015, the Defendant stated at the end of the week that the Defendant’s wife used any cresh in Seoul, in which the Defendant’s wife used the cresh in Seoul, to drink the victim’s mind to force indecent acts by force, and that “I will provide the victim who is challenged by ordinary work, with good education about whether the victim is in time or not. At around 07:35 on September 12, 2015, the Defendant: (a) sent the victim in contact with the Defendant on the vehicle, sent him to the Defendant’s house in Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-do; (b) opened the window while doing business; (c) closed the window; (d) the employees and private placement should not be aware of this fact; and (e) this shall take up to the scam of the driver, and (e) it shall take up to the scam, with the scam of the victim, and died and die if the victim talks about the scam of the victim who was seated in the ward. Accordingly, the defendant committed an indecent act by force against the victim under his supervision due to business relations.
