1. The Plaintiff:

A. As to KRW 121,848,712 and KRW 113,00,000 among them, Defendant Limited Liability Company A shall begin on October 1, 2015.

Under the overall purport of evidence Nos. 1, 2, 3, and 4 of evidence Nos. 1, 2-1, 2-2, 3, and 4, the Plaintiff is entitled to recognize the same facts as the reasons for application of the attached Table (the Plaintiff and the Defendant). As such, the Defendant limited liability company is obligated to pay 15% interest rate per annum on 113,00,000 won of the total principal of the loan up to September 30, 2015 and the principal of the loan from September 1, 2015 to the date of complete payment. Defendant B is jointly and severally liable with Defendant limited liability company to pay 5,410,200 won among the above amount, and 5,510,000 won among them, and 51,000,000 won per annum from October 1, 2015 to the date of full payment.

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim against the defendants is justified, and it is so decided as per Disposition with the assent of all.
