Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. According to the above facts of determination as to the cause of the claim, the Plaintiff paid the bereaved family relief fund to the deceased’s bereaved family FF, and thus, the Plaintiff may subrogate the F’s claim for damages against the Defendant within the scope of the relief fund paid by the Plaintiff pursuant to Article 21(2) of the Crime Victim Protection
Therefore, the Defendant’s reimbursement amounting to KRW 51,064,760 for the Plaintiff and its payment amounting to KRW 51,064,760 each year from March 11, 2015 to August 25, 2015, the delivery date of a copy of the complaint of this case, as stipulated by the Civil Act, and KRW 15% per annum as stipulated by the Act on Special Cases concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings from the following day to the day of full payment.
