1. The Defendant: (a) KRW 100,366,200 for the Plaintiff and 5% per annum from April 12, 2014 to August 21, 2014; and (b) the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The land survey division drafted in the Japanese Occupation Period is indicated in the Gyeonggi-gun Category B of Gyeonggi-do as being subject to assessment by C on March 30, 1911, and the above C’s “resident” as a disturbance.
B. The above-mentioned land was changed to Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D, and was divided into E, F, and G
(hereinafter collectively referred to as "the land in this case" and each land is referred to as "the land in this case, however, it is referred to as "the land in this case"). In addition, on March 20, 1953 and July 24, 1957, the land category was changed to a river, and was filled up as a reclamation project of the H district before December 197, and now was located within the residential zone.
