1. The defendant shall pay 18,985,770 won to the plaintiff.

1. On January 29, 2016, the Plaintiff indicated the claim: (a) paid KRW 276,308,100 among the unpaid wages and retirement allowances paid by employees of the Defendant, including the Defendant, as “an inquiry about the details of the payment of the entire substitute payment by each place of business”; and (b) received dividends of KRW 276,308,100 during the compulsory auction (this Court B and this Court C (Dupl) on the real estate owned by the Defendant on March 22, 2017.

Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff KRW 18,985,770, the remainder after deducting the said dividends from the principal and interest of the claim for substitute payment = the principal amount of the substitute payment of KRW 276,308,100, calculated at the rate of 6% per annum from January 30, 2016 to March 22, 2017, the date of the payment of the substitute payment of KRW 18,985,770, dividends of KRW 276,308,10.
