Punishment of the crime

1. On June 30, 2018, the Defendant invadedd the victim’s residence by opening a gate, which was corrected by the chemical due to the fact that, at least 23:05, the opening of the gate in the house of the victim C located in Dongducheon-si B was slick down and slicking into the house, the Defendant opened the gate, which was in front of the house, and went into the house and intrudes on the victim’s residence.

2. The Defendant damaged the property by gathering the goods from the victim C in the market price bound to reduce the container, which was cited at the end of the above residence, at the time, at the place, as described in paragraph (1) and paragraph (1). The Defendant damaged the property of the victim by means of getting the victim from the part of the opening co-ownership.

In this respect, the defendant carried dangerous objects and assaulted the victim.
