A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On December 20, 2018, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two months by imprisonment with labor for a crime of violating the Electronic Financial Transactions Act at the Incheon District Court, and the judgment was finalized on the 28th of the same month.

No person shall transfer or acquire any means of access to 2019 order 2537.

On May 3, 2018, the Defendant: (a) promised to provide KRW 100,00 to a person who was named in a name-free place (including opening a corporate account and transferring the physical card after transferring it); (b) by using Kwikset services, one physical card connected to the Cbank (D) account in the name of the Co., Ltd.; and (c) received cash KRW 100,000 through Kwikset service article.

Accordingly, the Defendant transferred the means of access.

No person shall transfer or acquire any means of access "2019 order304" shall be allowed.

Nevertheless, on June 15, 2018, the Defendant sent the IC card (number : H) andOTP card to a person under whose name it was linked to the F Bank account in the name of the company E, according to the promise that “if the Defendant transfers the means of access, such as the physical card, after opening the corporate passbook, it would be paid KRW 100,000,000.”

Accordingly, the Defendant transferred the means of access.

No person shall transfer or acquire the means of access "20 Height 114".

Nevertheless, on May 10, 2018, the Defendant sent an IC card (number: K), an OTP card, which is a means of access connected to the account in the name of a stock company I, to a person with no name, according to the promise that “if the Defendant transfers the means of access, such as the physical card, after opening the corporate passbook,” with the person with no name, the Defendant sent it to the person with no name, via Kwikset Service.

Accordingly, the Defendant transferred the means of access.
